ALLOTMENTS FOR ST IVES

The Town Council is pleased to announce that its new allotment site is open to residents of the parish of St Ives wishing to take up an allotment plot (the parish includes Lelant, Carbis Bay, Halsetown and St Ives).  The 31/2 acre field near Trowan is land that has been farmed recently and so is a promising site for people wishing to grow their own vegetables and fruit. In this first year, 46 plots will be let.  Many have been allocated to those already on the allotments waiting list, but some are currently still available.

For more information on the allotment site, contact the Town Council on tel. 01736 797840 at the Guildhall, Street An Pol, St Ives TR26 2DS, or email townclerk@stivestowncouncil.co.uk
