A group of residents in Lelant have called a meeting for villagers on 27 January. The Town Council is not invited and so the attached Mayor’s Message has been sent to all households in the area.
The Town Council is currently working to review the current Beach Dog Control Orders......
SPECTACULAR FIREWORKS HERALD IN ST IVES NEW YEAR
‘One of the best displays of fireworks ever’ was the verdict of hundreds of New Year revellers on Saturday who flocked to the waterfront on St Ives to see this five minute spectacular set off from Smeaton’s Pier which lit up the night sky and seen from miles around. All funded by the St Ives Chamber of Commerce, local traders, St Ives Harbour Hotel (Porthminster) and individuals.
